Location was excellent. Very comfortable beds and AC was wonderful. Breakfast staff took care of us well and good food.
There are no elevators. Don’t waste your time upgrading to balcony rooms, because there are no balconies. No ice available in the evening time.

It was pretty in an old fashioned Mexican style. The bed was comfortable.
Check-in was irregular. Multiple couples ahead of us had issues with the hotel locating their reservations despite their direct booking. No soap or shampoo in the shower. 2 1/2 days of no hot water in the shower. Pool was very cold and not very clean. Breakfast was very meagre, toast, a little packet of jam, a very small bowl of yogurt and a tablespoon of dried cranberries. No restaurant or bar available. The largest key chain ever seen and no staff at the front desk to leave it with if going out in the evening. Construction next door but not terribly noisy. Numerous rooms closed in the hotel for renovation.
