This apartment is located in a quiet area in the Upper West Side - perfect for families! It hast lots of stores, restaurants and cafes close by and the subway station is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Central Park is around the corner which is lovely. The size is really perfect for a family of 5 and the apartment has everything you need!
One bedroom doesn’t have a window to open, so we needed to play around with the A/C a bit even though it was winter time. We managed though and slept really well.

Clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to the subway station and Central Park. Host were attentive and available 24/7 if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again when we are in NYC.

Location
The WC took 2 days to fix despite assurances that the previous reviewer's complaint had been addressed. No draining board or tea towels or bath mats initially, supplied on day 2. Not enough counter space in the kitchen. No space in the bathroom to put anything; I had to come in with each item that I needed,and to keep them in my pockets if I needed to put anything down. The deadlock in the front door was broken; anyone with a key could have come in. The flat is not supposed to be sublet; the actual address is different than the address in the listing, plus we were told to tell residents that we might meet that we were "friends" of the owner.
