The staff were very kind and welcoming. They ensured i settled well into my room and organized a meal for me upon arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. I was very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. It was also very quiet which i appreciated.
They are not very responsive through the app. I would suggest if you have a direct request contact the properly directly. They are quite responsive that way rather than through the app.

Breakfast and location were great. I liked the responsiveness of the team to any requests we had. The supervisor was especially responsive.
The room needs to be cleaned and refreshed daily and trash removed daily too.
