When we arrived they gave us a tour and let us pick our rooms. We had one room for the adults and one room for the children. Staff was very friendly. The rooms and facilities are very clean. Adult room had a lovely indoor balcony.
Both rooms had problems with the showers. We went to different rooms to shower the first day. Then it was kinda fixed. The adult room water was lukewarm at best. Also adult room toilet was bad. There was no electrical outlets near the bed. The lobby was loud. Music played late into the night and it traveled into the room.
WiFi was very weak.
Checkout took 45 minutes because they didn’t have the credit card machine charged. It made us late for our next engagement.
