The property was in good walking distance to the town centre where many shops and restaurants and bars are located. The property was large. There is a double sofa bed in the living room , which I used because I like a lot of space when I sleep. And there is a single bed in the bedroom. There were lots of clean sheets to choose from so I could make my bed which I preferred because I knew the sheets were clean. The kitchen was easy to use without instructions. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Juha was a lovely host. He accommodated me with respect and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Thank you for making my stay in Oulu a little bit more comfortable.

Great host, nice flat, great sauna :) There is a homey feeling and kind of b&b atmosphere. There were also some coockies, tee and coffee waiting for me :) Highly recommended!

There are complaints about the cleanliness at the flat. So the flat is clean, but there is a specific smell. So if you are very sensitive, you should take it into account.

Location, friendly host, spacious apartment, flexible check-in and check-out times. Overall good value for the money.

The apartment as well as some of the towels, pillows and bed linen had a musty smell in them. I think all of them just need some fresh air. The apartment could've been a bit cleaner too. The host likes to call to agree on check-in times etc. I guess, which in my opinion was totally unnecessary as all things can be arranged in booking in itself.
