Perfect for what I needed as a single female traveller.

The flight of stairs and having to struggle with my suitcases. The security in and out of the property was excellent but allow extra time on your journey as can be time consuming.

I absolutely love how close it is to shopping centres and Montecasino! We had an event to attend there, and it was super convenient to stay there. Communication between us and the host was seamless - she absolutely made sure anything we needed, we could chat to her. Was informative on how to find the room, and how to get into the complex. The shower was lovely, and the room so clean with a decent amount of space. The location is nice and quiet as well. The room really had everything we needed! My partner and I will DEFINITELY be back for another stay - good value for money.

Not a big problem, however we struggled a little bit with the TV remote as the batteries were dying. We figured out how to watch YouTube without needing to use it much, but it did not deter our time at the place at all! I'm sure whoever stays there next, will have no issues with anything.

The location, it's 8 minutes from Monte Casino and five minutes from great local restaurants in the area. There was milk and water for use at no extra cost. The host was easy to reach, she checked in regularly, but not in any way intrusive and there were extra towels at the property without having to ask for it.
