Towels still running in dryer when we arrived at 10p.m. Water leaked from upstairs shower to main floor bed, so we couldn't use the shower. Ants in the corner of kitchen. Floors dirty. Nail polish spots here n there. Yes, we reported all of the above didn't want blamed ourselves for what others did . Got an apologetic email.
