Really lovely property - well-equipped and comfortable. The location was great, local pub serves good food with friendly staff.

A lovely little quirky well furnished property with a great kitchen. Great little pub across the road which wasn’t noisy at all, served a great pint and lovely food.

The shower room is a bit small but nicely kitted out.

A lovely little holiday house in a beautiful building. Great location for exploring the area. Most of the house was very clean. Bathroom was small but perfectly formed. Lovely comfy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Pub opposite served lovely food.

The duvet filling was very heavy and not great for the summer. The conservatory was dusty and needed cleaning, looked like it had been missed. We realised that there wasn't too much outdoor space from the listing but the outside rear space was much smaller than anticipated and so was the tiny space at the front. Would have benefitted from more comfortable seating at the front to make the most of the good weather.

This is a property with history attached so one has to bear that in mind. The location is good and with a good pub opposite it is very convenient for an evening meal or drink. It is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Good to have everything on the ground floor.

I didn't like the fact that the windows in the sitting area and bedroom cannot be opened and the fan in the bedroom didn't work so on a hot day or night it is very uncomfortable. Instructions are needed to operate the fans. There is no live TV but one can access BBC i player. I found the mattress on the bed too soft. The write up on Booking.com about the 'Deluxe Double Room' needs to be re written to reflect accuracy and truth about the property. There is no Garden view, Inner Courtyard view, Outdoor dining area - there is a small place at the front of the property facing the road but nothing at the back during my stay.
