L'emplacement en plein centre ville est appréciable. Le propriétaire est sympa et réactif. L'appartement est bien équipé. La literie est bonne. On peut parquer des vélos au RDC de l'immeuble.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation, ni de ventilateur. De ce fait, je déconseille cette appartement pendant l'été, car pour pouvoir avoir un peu d'air, il faut dormir la fenêtre ouverte, mais avec l'inconvénient des bruits du centre-ville (la cloche de l'église qui sonne toutes les heures, les éboueurs et les engins de nettoyage, qui passent à partir de 5h du matin, les gens qui parlent fort, dans la nuit). Bref, impossible de dormir correctement.
