A 40 m² loft with a sofa, TV, and Apple TV, along with German channels and internet access, enhances the living space. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with bunk beds (90 cm upper, 120 cm lower). The modern tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort. Bicycle usage is available upon request. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and bed linens and towels can be rented for €20 per person.
