This energy-efficient holiday home, newly built in 2012 on historic foundations, offers approximately 170 m² of living space. The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area, a wood-burning stove, SAT-TV, and a modern oval dining table. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, accommodating up to seven guests. Two smaller bedrooms contain new mattresses, while a double bedroom and bathroom with shower are also available. The upper floor features an open gallery with reading chairs, a desk, and a futon bed for additional guests. Guests have unlimited internet access via Wi-Fi. The property has communal features, such as a charcoal grill, fire pit, and whirlpool. A rowboat for five, life vests, and fishing permits are also provided at the nearby Algustorp Lake. A weekly booking from Saturday is required, and pets are welcome.
