Accessible via a side annex, it features a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The cozy living room includes a seating area, wood-burning stove, and a television with German and Swedish channels. A spacious winter garden, furnished as a dining area, overlooks the nearby lake. The ground floor also contains a shower room with a washbasin, WC, and washing machine. The steep staircase leads to two bedrooms on the upper floor; one features a double bed and two single beds, while another has an additional double bed. For larger groups, there are two small guest houses with a total of six additional beds. This property accommodates a maximum of eight guests, and guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels.
