This charming two-story holiday home, built in 1955 and renovated in 2012, offers an inviting living space of approximately 58 m². It features a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The cozy living room includes a seating area, a wood stove, and a TV with German and Swedish channels. A spacious winter garden furnished as a dining area provides lovely views of the lake. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two singles, and another open space containing an additional double bed. For larger groups, two guest houses on the property accommodate six additional guests. The house accommodates a maximum of eight people, with shared access to amenities like a veranda, rowing boat, and grill.

Guests can enjoy a large open veranda furnished with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing moments or al fresco dining.
