The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, separate oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, and a dining table with stools, alongside a small utility room. The upper floor features an open living area with a cozy sofa and SAT-TV, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a bright bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin, and washing machine. The house provides heating and hot water. Guests can also enjoy a covered veranda with summer furniture and a grill.
