It has 48 flats, including 2 for the disabled, which are completely soundproofed, and a reception desk available to provide guests with information and suggestions.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and features a spacious 60 m2 terrace. It includes a double bedroom with the option to add an extra bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with an oven and dishwasher, as well as a double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and amenities such as a direct dial telephone, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating are provided. Additionally, the apartment offers Wi-Fi, and a microwave is available upon request for an additional fee.
