About this villa rental
'Casa Tua', This recently renovated 300 square meter country house is in a wonderful location in the hills of Camaiore. Each of the rooms has spectacular views of the valley and the sea . On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The ground floor has access to the garden and the pool area. On the first floor you will find a huge living area with two fireplaces, a large dining room, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to a covered pergola for outside eating and a wood and gas grill system. The master bedroom with master bathroom are located on the second floor . The master bathroom is also equipped with a home gym equipment by Technogym, professional Spazio Forma treadmill, and the Kinesis Personal Vision equipment for improving the basic skills of resistance, balance, strength, and flexibility. Flat Tv with Satellite, wireless adsl connection in all rooms. A beautiful garden and two acres of olive trees belonging to the property surround the villa. The pool size, 16 meters x 5 meters allows you to exercise and swim. The property is gated and alarmed. Because the Villa is built on three floors and has many stairs, as well as a pool with a depth ranging from120/180, we do not recommend for children from 12 to 48 months. The property is 1 mile away from the Camaiore village center and five miles from the seaside. Casa Tua is a beautiful villa located on the top of a hill with an impressive view of the valley and of the sea. The street to reach Casa Tua gets narrower in the last half a mile, with a couple of curves where if you have a big car you should do some steering manoeuvers. While all kind of cars could reach the villa, we suggest, if you want an easier and handier driving, to rent mid size cars.

The whole week in the Guliana’s Villa was amazing… great place, very clean and fresh, with breathtaking view and incredible design house. Equipped with all what one need. We wee always struggled whether to stay in the villa and enjoy the pool or go to the beach… Marika was very helpful and open for prompt support. Thank you so much for amazing vacation!!!

My husband and I have been to Italy many times and love it. We wanted our family to experience an Italian "sampler" so we chose Camaiore because of its proximity to the coast, mountains, Lucca and Florence. It was a good spot for these purpose but lots of driving. The home is beautiful and was very nicely restored and the decor lovely. The staff is super responsive and recommendations for wine tour, private chef and car service were spot on. the only detractors are the drive up to the property - as advertised - it is very, very challenging. we had one 7 passenger mini van that was difficult to maneuver, the 5 passenger was much easier. Additionally, note that the ground floor level rooms can be damp (almost basement like). our son had difficulty with it. I believe open windows would help but the heat precluded that. The property has a washer and dryer and each room is air conditioned which is hard to find in older properties in Italy. we had an ant problem (inside and out) when we first arrived but it was taken care of in a couple of days. Overall a great trip!

I have been rather reluctant to review Casa Tua since my stay there this summer for fear it might get overbooked and will not be available for our next visit!This villa is seriously fantastic, it sleeps and has enough space inside and out for eight people to live in great comfort. It is very well appointed and if something is missing or not working, just one phone call, and within half an hour it’s fixed. The housekeeping is impeccable, everything is clean and well maintained and works properly. Also, most importantly the beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool is large and there is plenty of space around it with sunbeds and chairs.The villa is very peaceful and quiet surrounded by olive trees, above the town up a steep winding hill but only 6 minutes into the town, where it is easy to shop.Camaiore is a very good place to be based, less than an hour to Pisa airport, 40 minutes to beaches lots to see and do in the area as well as some very good restaurants.A very fine and happy chef is available at an extra cost, and her cooking exceptionally good. The owner and all the staff obviously want you to be happy and enjoy your stay in their house. What more can one say?Well I’ve just booked it again for next year!!
