Booked via Agoda, and Contacted the owner by phone and also facebook page. They don't asnwer phone calls, questions, didnt provide process for check in. We travel for 4 hours the next day to get to the place only to findout they didnt process anything for us like tenant pass. We waited for an hour only to be switched to another condo owner with different room. We also needed to rent a parking lot as they didnt prepare any slot for us. So far this is the worst customer service i've experienced. They dont answer phone calls but answer it if the staff from verdon parc calls. If you dont want to be late on your appointment or experience inconvenience. Dont book here.

Owner was great. Agent was responsive but due to the late checkin, they said when we arrived that the actual unit was said to be booked and they gave us a 2BR unit instead. The wait for tenancy pass also took time to be approved but owner came to the rescue eventually.
