    Extremely disappointed with the hotel and the staff. Don't fall for the good reviews given. All are fake. Rooms are very small and dirty. No cupboards to even keep luggage. Bedsheets and the duvet has hair everywhere. Bathroom is filled with hair and is unwashed. Visited chennai for a conference and worst part is, they allot a room to you, then 2 hours later they come and tell you to change the room since they made a mistake of giving us a room that we didn't book. They keep disturbing you till late night regarding shifting the room. Extremely unprofessional behaviour of the owner/manager of the hotel.

    Staff are good, they are helpful. Only thing is they have accepted a major booking for a day & when i want to extend , This is little unjustifiable to me .

    Receptionist was rude,, I booked 2 rooms in agoda.in booking reference check in date was mentioned , not time, . I checked in at 9.40 Am, that receptionist told me, check in time is 12 pm. And he told if u wanna check in early have to pay 300 per person.. I told him it's not my mistake, agoda was mentioned the time otherwise I could have paid, still he was ready to listen, and told me to pay 900 totally , and at last I requested him for 1 room early check in, so I will pay u 300 rs and we 3 persons use the room and refresh and will go out , then after 12 o clock we will check in, like that. He was not ready for that, he told if u wanna do early check in pay 900 rs .i spoke with the receptionist 1 day prior regarding the price, he told *** per room, I booked for *** in agoda., so he wanted to get extra money in early check in way.. So he used that , terrible experience.. We went for wedding, because of this issues we had a bad experience. Otherwise the room was ok with clean and location..
