You will stay in a context of tranquillity and privacy. You can admire the sunset from the furnished terrace and reach the sea with a short 5-minute walk.

The Space:
The apartment welcomes you with a large living room with a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable sofa placed in front of the smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick lunch or a good dinner on the terrace; gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove and coffee maker.
On the beautiful terrace, a nice table equipped with chairs, where you can shelter from the sun or enjoy the sea view in perspective.
The sleeping area consists of two rooms; one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Full linens are provided for each guest.
The bathroom has a shower and is windowed. Functional and bright, it has a hair dryer and a courtesy set for each guest.
The entire accommodation is cooled by air conditioning, which , if necessary, also emits warm air in the fall season.
Animals, of small size are welcome!
From the accommodation it is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The renowned beach of San Pietro a mare is 4 km away and is equipped, ideal for families, but for a stretch also free. Very popular with surfers!
The town centre is a few kilometres away, but Località La Ciaccia is very well served; supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurant, ice-cream parlour and bar, as well as a hairdresser's shop.
Alghero and Olbia airports are about an hour and a half away.
Valledoria is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beauty of the northern part of Sardinia; Isola Rossa, Stintino, Castelsardo and Sedini

The property does not have an elevator. The accommodation is located on the second floor.
An openable locker with a numeric code, located near the entrance , contains the door keys.
