On the ground floor of this 250m² villa, you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with an LED TV and PlayStation, and next to it, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom and one shared bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom in the hallway. In a separate building for maximum privacy and relaxation, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony.
