    I visited Ayodhya on 17th March. With me were three very old people , my in laws and my mother , along with two young kids hence we had booked two family rooms. My in-laws and my family were travelling in 2 separate trains, one of our train got delayed by 8 hours i shared the message with agoda team and with the the hotel, even after citing my inability *** the hotel owner said the room cannot be cancelled. However when i reached late in the day due to delay the reception person *** said that they do not have family rooms , and they can give 3 deluxe room in lieu of the same, with older people i did not have any option i could not have send them to other room as they needed attendance and care so we had to settle for 2 deluxe rooms. The hotel guy said since he could not provide the room , he will provide complimentary breakfast. In the morning when we asked for breakfast the guy said the breakfast can only be served after 9 a.m. As we had to visit temples, we left later on when we returned and asked again he said break fast can be made available and brought only puri and bhaji and nothing else , since it was bit hot we asked for juice or cold drink which they siad will be chargeable and we paid extrea for the cold drinks.

    Have a great time while staying in this hotel, all the basic services are been provided & all the things were in order, special the staff was very nice, their in house food service was awesome, simply like home cooked food, we all loved our stay here.

    I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. First of all, the staff was consistently rude and disrespectful. Every interaction felt uncomfortable due to their attitude. At the time of checkout, they showed absolutely no flexibility or courtesy. Instead of speaking politely, they behaved arrogantly and treated guests as if they were doing them a favor by allowing them to stay. The hotel looks much better in the advertisements and online photos than it does in reality. The actual condition of the property is poor, with peeling paint on the walls and maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, while taking a shower, the shower head cover suddenly fell off, showing the lack of proper upkeep. To make matters worse, during checkout, the staff accused us of taking an extra water bottle and demanded additional payment. We had not taken any extra bottle. The amount involved was only ₹40, but the issue was never about the money—it was about honesty, respect, and self-respect. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the staff argued aggressively. It also appears that the actual owner is rarely present, and the hotel is mostly managed by young staff members without proper supervision or customer-service training. I am sharing this review because I personally faced these problems, and I would not want other travelers to go through the same experience. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
