    It appears that the staff is using the rooms for their own rest and recreation between check-outs and check-ins. The room we got had toilets that had been used and had water all over, the bed had footprints and human hair, and a phone charger has been mistakenly left in our room by one of the staff. After giving us this room, they insisted it was clean, but came running 10 minutes later saying, "white charger, white charger". The owner is trying to make this hotel reasonably modern but the staff is ruining it, sadly. The restaurant opens too late for breakfast, even later than advertised.
