    When my brother and me when to hotel to Check-in they took almost one and half hour even after I say I needed to use the restroom when I reach there at 3pm. Rooms were not prepared. They were just sending staff to clean the room. There was no coffee for breakfast. When ask for coffee they say no more coffee and say will send to room at 10am but never send at all. When my towel drop in toilet floor I requested for another towel they say there was no more towel. How can there be totally no spare towels in a hotel. I needed to call 5 or 6 times for water. They did not give us water until we request which I believe there supposed to replenish water daily. And that too they give only one bottle for 2 pax. My whole 2 days experience in this hotel was really a regret and shitty experience. I will never book this hotel or suggest to anyone.
