This modern and stylish one bedroom is in the heart of the Downtown area at a very prime location and is one of the unique apartment's in The Loft. The apartment is newly furnished in a modern minimalist style, with unique Eastern design touches, and is located in a modern luxury building.
The Space:
The apartment is modern and stylish. It comes with:
• king sized bed for up to 2 guests
• high speed internet (500mbps)
• a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs
• a comfortable sitting room with both sofa and dining table to watch TV and dine at the same time
• air conditioning
• in-unit washing machine
• Nespresso machine for coffee lovers

Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

There's the mesmerizing Dubai Fountain, high-end shopping at the Dubai Mall, and a bunch of great places to grab a bite. It's a lively mix of work and play, making it a must-visit spot that showcases Dubai's grandeur. Plus, nearby, you'll find the Dubai Opera adding its cultural charm to the area.
Other Things to Note:
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
