Escape the cold and enjoy a vacation in beautiful Southwest Florida in the Naples - Fort Myers area. A quick 10–15-minute ride to beautiful Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key Beach. Fort Myers Beach is 25 minutes away via a scenic roadway along the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy you morning coffee on the screened lanai overlooking the landscaped preserve area. The spacious master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, and the master bathroom offers dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a private bathroom and walk-in shower. Lease restricted to single family use. HOA application and background check required. These applications are due 30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking and are non-refundable.
The current application fees for the Manors at Fountain Lakes are $100 application fee and $50 per person background check fee. Fees are paid directly to the HOA.
