About this apartment rental
Completely renovated detached garden house of approximately 45m2.
Extensive kitchen with two refrigerators, dishwasher and on the left a bench with a view of the TV.
There is an extendable dining table for Max 4 people.
From November 15, 2022, the living room will also have air conditioning.
On the left is the small but luxurious bathroom.
To the right of the front door is the door to the spacious bedroom with a small but spacious walk-in closet. There is a second air conditioning in the bedroom.
The detached house is located at the back of the property at the rear of the large house. Opening the front door is done with a keyless code lock.
The bedroom has double doors to the pool with a view of the sunrise and the "Sundeck".
The swimming pool in the backyard, the outdoor gym and the BBQ are shared with the other guests.
Aruba is a tropical island with different seasons. This also affects the flora and fauna in and around the apartments. Every month we spray against vermin, unfortunately it can happen that they seek shelter in a dry and pleasant place. If insects are discovered inside the apartments, please let us know as soon as possible. Then we can combat them almost immediately. We will of course do everything we can in advance to prevent this. But it can sometimes happen that something is walking around or seeking shelter inside.
The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee,
No loud music after 23:00.
Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the rooms.
When using the swimming pool, rinse off sand and sunscreen before entering the water.
