During the summer months, the deck offers comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy sunset views over the golf course.

Inside, the home features a dramatic vaulted family room with a beautiful river-stone fireplace surrounded by forest views. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped for memorable meals, featuring a large gas stove, two ovens, Bosch dishwasher, two sinks, trash compactor, and a large bar and dining area.

Walk or bike directly to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and the lake via the nearby bike path, or spend the day skiing at Brundage Mountain and return to relax by the river-stone fireplace.

The spacious master bedroom enjoys beautiful forest views and features a leather king bed from West Elm, leather club chair, Sundance rugs, Pendleton pillows, and luxury bedding. After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or playing at the lake, relax in the jetted tub overlooking the trees.

Upstairs offers a quiet and private guest wing with two tastefully furnished bedrooms. A shared full bathroom and desk workspace are located on the upstairs landing.

The bonus recreation room creates a perfect hangout space for kids or additional guests with the pool table, TV area, and additional sleeping options.
