Updated townhome located in the private, guarded, Sugar Mill Country Club's Pine Valley. This townhome is fully furnished and comes with all utilities including electric, water, cable, and internet. Updated Kitchen with all the supplies you need to cook your meals. 1 king sized bed in Master Bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest bedroom. 1.5 bathrooms. Conveniently located near the swimming pool and golf course. Dogs that do not shed are accepted with a $250 pet fee.
