About this villa rental
Nestled in absolute privacy within a secure residential complex of 10 villas in Pereybere, this Balinese-style villa brilliantly combines modernity and elegance, with its concept resolutely focused on outdoor living.
This villa of character unfolds all its charms to conquer your heart. A luxurious swimming pool area embellishes a perfectly maintained garden where there is a kiosk to enjoy your evenings with friends or family.
The spectacular living room welcomes you with its 9 meters of high ceilings, revealing an impressive sculpted framework. Thanks to a huge bay window, it opens directly onto the private pool, creating a perfect continuity between indoors and outdoors.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes a hot and cold filtered water fountain, as well as an original central island integrated into an authentic Mauritian canoe, transformed into a wine glass cabinet.
The dining room seduces with its monumental 4-meter table, perfect for shared meals. The living room, on the other hand, offers a cozy and generous space, with a huge corner sofa and a welcoming coffee table for your moments of relaxation.
The villa has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, all with a double bathroom (indoor and outdoor) and a dressing room. The master suite overlooks the swimming pool for a gentle awakening.
Outside, the 10 x 4 m swimming pool and its wooden deck, out of sight, invite you to laze on designer sunbeds. A covered gazebo awaits you for convivial meals around a large table for 8 people.

Our stay at this villa was beyond our expectations. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Our stay was extremely comfortable, the rooms were bright and airy and the living area was very relaxing. The outdoor areas were amazing - kept very clean and tidy, and sitting under the canopy for breakfast and dinner added to the ambiance.Alain was an excellent host, keeping me up to date before arrival, ensuring the holiday was going well and providing local information and highlights. The team at the villa were extremely friendly and we loved chatting away with them. Alain coordinated well for access to the villa and ensured we knew who to talk to and provided great intros to the team who would be coming to the villa for cleaning and maintenance (the text messages for the intros along with some quick bio's was an amazing touch). We had a FANTASTIC stay here in all aspects, and we will definitely book again for our next trip. Thanks Alain for an amazing stay!!!
