Welcome to this bright and spacious two-story home, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy multiple comfortable bedrooms, cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space. Come in and relax, or unwind on the covered front porch. There is a desk with a monitor available for guests working remote! The quiet backyard offers privacy and lawn space. With plenty of room, modern comforts, and a peaceful neighborhood setting, this home provides the ideal stay for your getaway.
We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the front entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Virginia Tech — only an ~8-mile, 14-minute drive, making it ideal for campus visits, Hokies football, or academic events.
Radford University — about 8 miles west, ~12 minutes by car—perfect for family or student visits.
Claytor Lake State Park — a 22-minute scenic drive to enjoy hiking, swimming, boating, or lakeside relaxation.
New River Trail State Park — accessible within a short drive, this expansive 57-mile rail trail offers biking, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and historical exploration.

Just minutes from I-81, the main north–south corridor across western Virginia—perfect for travel toward Roanoke, the Shenandoah Valley, or Tennessee.
Easy access to US 460, running east–west through Christiansburg and onward to Blacksburg and Virginia Tech.
Close to US 11, which takes you west to Radford (≈10 mi) or northeast toward Roanoke.
Also near SR 8, a scenic route south through Floyd County and into North Carolina—great for road-trip enthusiasts.

I had a great stay at this 3-bedroom home. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Each bedroom was spacious, the beds were cozy, and there were plenty of fresh linens and towels. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and having laundry, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs made it very convenient.
The location within the city was excellent: close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, yet still quiet and safe. Parking was easy and check-in was smooth. Overall, this is a well-equipped home with all the amenities you could need, and I would happily stay here again or recommend it to others.
