About this house rental
Our holiday home "Chocolate & Vanilla" is located in the Karthuizerstraat, within the Sunparks complex between Oostduinkerke & Nieuwpoort located at the Belgian North Sea.
The recently renovated house can accommodate 4 people and offers all the necessary comforts. Ideal for a family stay.
It has a fully privatized and enclosed garden with terrace & charcoal BBQ. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, combi microwave oven, refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster). Next to the kitchen is a comfortable dining and living area with a view of the garden. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with digital TV & Wifi is also present.
The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other with a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A baby cot is available on request. All beds, except for the cot, are equipped with duvets and down pillows (sheets and towels to be provided). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A play or work area for children is set up on the mezzanine.
Groenendijk beach with the Windekind surf club/beach bar are within walking distance (approx. 1 km) from the holiday home.
The park offers a bicycle rental service (€16/day), a mini market, a wellness centre and a subtropical swimming pool (entrance fee not included in the rental price).
Free parking is available right next to the beach house.
