    The resort location is only 5-10 minutes from the train station. The room was spacious and clean. Love the private onsen it was a highlighted. The dinner was out of my expectations and the food was extremely yummy. We had a hot sand experience and overall was very nice. I just wish the reception staff at the hot sand could be a little friendly. Overall we had an amazing stay at this resort.

    We looked forward so much to using the sand bath and disappointing turned out we were unable to. We were told that no walk-ins were allowed on that day but i was never informed that there’s reservation requirements for the facility any staff. The staff’s services is unacceptably unhelpful, given we have paid A LOT for such accommodation. Very disappointing. We booked this hotel in the first place for the sand bath experience. I have booked for a three-bed room. My booking stated 2 person but obviously the room is for 3 person use as it has 3 beds. I was charged an additional 15,840 yen for every night on the spot (not including onsen taxes) when we arrived as a 3 person group. I have looked into the walk-in breakfast and onsen/sand bath prices, the charge made was ridiculously high to include these additional services, I have no idea why the hotel can charge so much when obviously the room is for 3 person use already. Overall, the bill adds up to a ridiculous amount for the hotel’s unhelpful services.
