This is a brand new construction home that sleeps a total of 10 guests.
Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,
4 amazing spaces to lay your head. 3 queen beds 1 king bed an a bunk bed awaits you for your stay.
Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.
The house has 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on main floor- one of the full bath off the hallway with a shower/ tub combo and one off the master bedroom. a walk in shower . We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.
In the yard we have a outdoor seating area a fire pit surrounded with chairs and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.
a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience!
Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles.
Street parking is also available.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet near the entrance that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.
Early check-in fee: $40 (up to 2 hours before 4pm based on availability)
Late check-out fee: $40 (up to 2 hours after 11am based on availability)
Pet fee is $25/stay but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.
No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.
NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!
$25 penalty for losing remote
*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
The propane tank for the gas grill is provided.
Parking - Please park on the driveway or side of the road without blocking our neighbor's driveways.
Outdoor cameras on site overlooking house entrance.
Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.

We had a wonderful stay the house is in excellent condition like new condition!!The host was wonderful always in touch and keeping us aware of what was going on and wishing us a good time. My grandkids and adult children loved the play room it is so nice.The outdoor area is really nice but it was too cold for us to use except for the hot tub which was a winner. We would definitely stay here again!!

Booking this property was super easy. I really appreciated the host being so responsive and attentive. The property was affordable and super clean. This property included everything we needed. The game room was equipped with entertainment for the entire family. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and reflecting on old mememories as well as creating new ones. We would definitely return when we are in the area.

The house was clean and matched the photos, but we had a few issues. The front door touch pad barely worked, making it difficult to get in and lock up. There were no extra paper towels or garbage bags provided. The master bedroom fan and light also kept turning on and off throughout the night, even when switched off, which was frustrating. Overall, a clean place but needs some maintenance and better stocking.
