    I swear to god, do not ever go to this hotel. I went at 10 pm, waited till 11:30 pm, got a room with no ac at all (room 111 on first floor), then upon requesting got a room 107, with damp wall. They said that in this budget only this room is available, else pay more to get a better room. BY THE WAY, I HAD COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WHICH THEY DENIED TO GIVE ME CITING THAT AGODA GIVES THEM ONLY 70 RUPEES PER PERSON FOR BREAKFAS.

    I had booked online, but at the reception, I was told to pay extra—they charged me an unjustified additional amount of ***. The AC was not working, and they only changed my room after I complained multiple times. When I demanded a refund, stating that I did not wish to stay there, they refused to return the money; furthermore, the room they assigned me was extremely filthy.
