This modern and unique one bedroom is in the heart of Downtown area, only a stone’s throw away from Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. The apartment is newly furnished in a contemporary minimalist style, with unique Eastern design touches, and is located in a modern luxury building.
The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is equipped with:
• luxurious bedroom with king sized-bed
• modern living room with a couch and four-seater dining table, plus a 55 UltraHD Smart TV
• a balcony to relax
• fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine and a variety of cooking appliances and utensils
• high-speed internet (500 Mbps)
• in-unit washing machine.
Air conditioning and utilities are included in your stay.

Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Other Things to Note:
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
