It's located right next to the Canal: there are many restaurants and shops around the area and it’s a few minutes drive away from Downtown, the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.
The Space:
Our studio is equipped with
• a comfortable king-sized bed and a desk, work from home friendly
• modern sofa and coffee table
• a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and a variety of cooking appliances and utensils
• a modern bathroom
• in-unit washing machine.
Air conditioning and utilities are included in your stay.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
