This place was very cozy and quiet. Neighboors were nice kept to themselves but would say hi. Amenities were great. Especially the toaster oven. Communication with owner was good no problems. All in all booked this place then i booked it again because it was nice. Just one thing, the gutter from the house outfront is long and my BF and myself tripped over it . No need for it to be that long where people trip over it. We never got hurt but just so you know.

The good - Was a quiet area, massive TV in LR, they provided coffee and filters, bed was comfortable.
Bad - Smelled like cigarettes, bedroom tv remote did not work (even with new batteries). Not a great area. Lower class rental for sure.
