Once your booking is confirmed and paid for on Airbnb, the reservation will be placed into your name and provide you with a confirmation number that you can use to check-in directly at the resort with your ID and credit card for which renter accepts responsibility for all incidental charges incurred during their stay. Guests will be asked to sign a short rental rider after booking to finalize the transfer into the guests name. The listing is still subject to Airbnb’s terms.
