About this house rental
Nestled in Scituate, this newly renovated house boasts 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin bunk beds. This house easily accommodates 8-10 guest and with 3 full bathrooms guests can freshen up with ease. AC and heating combined with a well appointed kitchen & living room ensure a comfortable stay while indoors. Or enjoy the two large decks (one with ocean views) and large yard while outdoors. Steps away from the Sandhills beach: a great place to explore the gorgeous coastline and dip your toes in the salty water.
Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms total with one on the first floor and three on the second floor.
Bedroom 1: Master has king bed, TV, & en-suite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Full Bed.
Bedroom 3: Two twin bunk beds
Bedroom 4: Downstairs bedroom with king bed and small office desk.
All beds have new mattresses with allergen encasements and waterproof mattress covers. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, blackout window blinds, and white noise machines. Spare linens for each bed are in the closet of the respective bedroom. Upstairs linen closet has additional towels & spare pillows.
Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms; two upstairs and one downstairs. Hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper provided.
Newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances: fridge with water and ice dispenser, microwave, induction stove, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, french press, & electric tea kettle. Onsite washer & dryer unit. Living room has multiple seating areas, wifi, and new TV with sound bar.
Parking: there's a long driveway beside the house, plus additional parking spots in front of the house.
We are a short stroll to the entrance ramp of Sandhills Beach. And you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the living room, upstairs master bedroom, and front deck. Beach towels are in the back hallway pantry and beach chairs are in the garage. We suggest timing your visit with low tide (+/- 4 hours) to enjoy some beach.
