Booking process and communication was very smooth. The apartment is well kept and as gorgeous as the photos. Location is excellent and parking is available in nearby garages, though it can be pricy. (We paid 40/night). A couple downsides to be aware of are that the unit is on the top floor of the building (for Americans it’s the 3rd floor) and there’s a long, windy hallway to the apartment with additional steps on the way, which is especially difficult with luggage. The heat also was finicky because it is controlled by the building and would constantly be set to a lower, energy efficient temperature even during times we were occupying the apartment. The thermostat in the unit did work though, and we could override it temporarily. All in all this was a really good place to stay, but it might be difficult for people with mobility challenges.

Great Location if you want to Experience Montreal. Unit was was Excellent for a Family and Management was Extremely Easy to work with and Attentive. Would go back.

Very nice place with plenty of space, very functional, well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were great and having a private rooftop deck was the best.
