About this resort
At Marriott's Cypress Harbour, guests will encounter a nautical ambiance, with long, shady paths, lakeside sundecks, and cool screened balconies and patios. Two-bedroom villas offer spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and a washer and dryer. The primary suite has a king-size bed with an oversize soaking tub and separate shower. Other amenities include a fitness center, tennis court, on-site dining options, The Marketplace convenience store, and the Cypress Spa, where you can relax after a long day with a variety of treatments.
-Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.
-Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site).
-The Clubhouse pool area will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 15, 2025 to Oct. 10, 2025.
