About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in Reykjavik's downtown area. Even though the street is busy during daytime it's quiet at night because the bedroom is facing the garden. Walking distance from the BSI bus terminal, grocery shops, bars, bakery's and restaurants. Many tourists hot spots are also close by, such as Hallgrimskirkja, the big church up on the hill. Free parkin in the street and to the south. Paid parking during business hours to the north and the west.

The best thing about this apartment is the location. Very walkable to the city center. It was a bit difficult to check-in as we had to go to the bus station to pick up a key from a locker. Unfortunately, we didnt know the locker number of code and wait to wait for a response after getting to the bus station. It would be great if there was a keypad at the apartment to gain entry. It is a nice apartment, and we appreciated the instructions that were left on how to operate the tv. There were no directions about the washing machine that was advertised and we did not find it in the apartment. Later, we saw several machines in the basement, but again we didn't know which we could use, etc. so just didn't use it. We did have to pay for parking on the street, but did not have trouble finding a parking spot so that was good. Overall, a good stay.

Apartment was the perfect location to walk around downtown Reykjavik. I recommend you store luggage at What's On instead of the BSI train station. Much cheaper,if you need want to explore before checking in.
