The Lake House is a nautical-inspired retreat on a large, private fenced lot accessed through a quiet alley entrance right near East Lake Park. The surrounding neighborhood is lived-in and real in an up and coming area — but step inside and you'll find a thoughtfully designed home that punches far above its address!
Every detail was chosen to spark joy, comfort, and invite a peaceful connection.

✦ The Lake House Loft — Rustic cabin charm with plaid accents. Full bunk bed above, queen bed below, and a mirrored walk-in closet. The room adventurous guests will fight over.
✦ Lakeside Slumber — Calm, neutral tones with a king bed and twin platform bed. Plush linen and lake views.
✦ Willow & White — The master suite. Airy, bright, sky blue accents, and serene king bed, walk-in closet, and a private reading nook on the sofa gazing at the lake.

The family room centers on a 55" TV with streaming and Xumo cable — built for movie nights with the whole crew. The Creative Corner delivers vintage wall art, a comfortable daybed for relaxing or sleeping and a desk.
We have karaoke, ample board games, cards, coloring, sketching, binoculars for birdwatching, and an easel for painting. This is a home where rainy days are actually fun.

This house is just the cutest! Easy location for access to downtown Birmingham. We were downtown each day in about 10 minutes. There’s some houses around that were loud and some barking dogs so just be aware if you need quite to sleep. Great lake behind the property for fishing and feeding ducks. We had a great time overall and would definitely come back. It had everything we needed.

As soon as we stepped inside we loved the property! Very clean and updated! Located close to Birmingham and near a nice walking path around the lake. We loved the games provided and ample seating for everyone to be together!
