Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat in Pietrosella for rent. It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 22 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a terrace of around 8 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 22 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living area, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- An 8 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
Water sports, Agosta beach, Isolella night market, numerous lively beach bars, diving school
Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.

- Nearest airport: Ajaccio, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away
