Designed for up to 7 guests, this home combines easy living, privacy, and access to a resort-style pool and splash area making it ideal for both park days and relaxation days.
The Space – Functional & Comfortable Layout
The open-concept main level allows everyone to gather comfortably. The living room offers cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, flowing directly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample prep space.
Upstairs sleeping layout:
• Primary Suite – King Bed with private ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3 – Two Twin Beds + Auxiliary Bed
With 2.5 bathrooms, including both a walk-in shower and bathtub, mornings are smooth and efficient. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience.

Guests enjoy access to the community’s resort-style amenities located just a short 3–5 minute walk away.
Amenities include:
• Resort-style pool

We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to make this place home for a little over a month. Host was communicative and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable stay for yourself and some friends or family, this is the perfect little place located right in the heart of ChampionsGate! Right off of I4, and very close to championsgate golf course as well.

We had a good stay. The location and amenities were great.Unfortunately we did have an issue with the ac, but the host responded quickly and got the problem fixed. Great communication with host.
