About this apartment rental
Location:
This cozy retreat is located in a rural setting, just a few minutes’ walk from the Wadden Sea. A golf course, restaurants serving home-style cooking, cafés, a grocery store, and a bakery—where you can get delicious fresh rolls even on Sundays—are also all within a 5-minute walk.

Small but mighty—or how does the saying go?
The “Sandkörnchen” apartment offers everything the active Sylt vacationer—who’s out and about during the day—needs.
The studio apartment is equipped with a daybed (80×200) that extends to 160×200 cm, a large flat-screen TV, and a built-in kitchenette.
It’s cozily furnished so you can even spend a rainy vacation day there.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator.
Outdoor area:
There is a small terrace with a seating area right outside the door.
Here, you can comfortably start your day with breakfast or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Storage rooms for bicycles and parking spaces are located right next to the house.
General:
Linen packages include towels (2 hand towels, 1 shower towel, bath mats, dish towel (no beach towels or sauna towels), and a complete set of bed linens. Of course, the beds will be made upon your arrival if you have ordered linen packages or if they are included. We also provide a one-time supply of toilet paper and paper towels. With advance notice, we’re happy to provide a crib and high chair for a one-time fee; the crib will, of course, be made up as a courtesy for our little guests.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions and are billed separately.
We are very fond of animals, but we ask for your understanding that we only allow pets if certain rules are accepted and followed!
We also offer our guests a shopping service and do our best to make sure you can spend the best days of the year—your vacation—in a relaxing way, just as you’d like.
Important Information!
The bathroom in the garage—which has been converted into a cozy living space—is equipped with a vent, as our experience has shown that this measure helps create a better indoor climate. Previously, we had provided instructions in the apartment on proper ventilation (airing out the space thoroughly and heating). Unfortunately, this didn’t work. You’re welcome to turn off the unit at night.
