The host was very responsive. Had issues with the fact that no towels were hung in the bathrooms which caused us to have to look for them. We had one washcloth and no hand towels. As a rule with the VRBO's that I have stayed in the towels are hung in the bathrooms with washcloths and hand towels. There was no kleenex in either bathrooms which there should be. With that said, I had no problems with the host, who, as I said was very responsive. I did take photos and will send of a carpet issue and only hand towel that was stained. I did report back to Chris who checked us in to an issue with a car at 4:30am driving slowing thru the parking lot and getting out and checking several car doors. He reported it to security.

Jake was the best to deal with. We have been staying in VRBOs and he was the best to work with. Always attentive and making sure our stay was enjoyable, The apartment was clean and was in a great location for us. Will definitely stay there again.
