King bed, Smart TV, en-suite bath, private balcony, and ample storage space.
Upstairs Turquoise Master Suite:
King bed, Smart TV, en-suite bath, private balcony, and seating area — ideal for added comfort.
Second-Floor Kitchenette & Lounge:
Features a personal fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and sink, plus a small dining and seating area with TV — perfect for morning coffee or added privacy.
Private Pool & Outdoor Lounge:

Complimentary Golf Cart:
A six-passenger golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity for use within Copala and Quivira only. Please do not take it onto public streets or outside the resort.
Drivers must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license.
A signed waiver is required before receiving keys or access codes.
This home is pet-friendly with prior approval and a pet fee. . Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Pool is not heated year-round, but receives full sun mid-day.
The Copala community is gated and guarded 24/7.
Please respect neighbor privacy; the villa next door is occupied full-time.
