I booked a 4-bed non-AC room at Signature Stay, Murudeshwar through Agoda. The room was clean and the location was good, but the overall stay experience could have been much better.
The room arrangement did not feel comfortable for 4 adults as mentioned in the booking. In addition, the fan was not functioning properly, and when we requested assistance, we were advised to pay an additional ₹1000 to shift to an AC room instead of resolving the issue. The staff response was not very professional or supportive.
I have always had a good opinion about Agoda bookings, which is why this experience felt disappointing. I hope Agoda reviews such property experiences carefully so that customers can continue to book with confidence and receive the quality and comfort that is promised during booking.
