Unobstructed ocean views of north beach. It's close to Hampton Beach, arcade games, shopping, food, and the Casino Ballroom, well-known for world-class concerts, comedians, and other entertainment.
Perfect for long, winter vacations.
We provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

The Space:
Welcome to the beach! This private, studio condo with direct, unobstructed ocean views is directly across the street from North Beach! This condo is perfect for small family getaways or couples looking for a fun beach vacation. We provide beach towels, chairs, and beach umbrellas! The kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled with up-to-date appliances and décor. The condo boasts a large deck, perfect for spending your evenings after a day at the beach. Hampton Beach has a great night scene, with plenty of arcade games, food, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and there are also vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching. This condo is close enough to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer while being distant enough to be quiet and private!
We welcome longer rentals and are happy to offer discounted rates for week long stays! This home would be perfect for a couple looking to get away for a week or for a traveling professional interested in renting for a month or two. Just inquire for special weekly or monthly pricing!
**We have one free parking spot in the lot right next to the house. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to access one of paid lots in the area.**
**We are pet friendly, so please be sure to include your pets in your inquiry, as the pricing will change to include an additional fee. We only allow a MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) pet. The unit is small and cannot accommodate more than 1 pet. While we are excited to welcome your fur babies into our home, we ask that guests be sure to clean up after their pets, both inside and outside. Please be sure to throw poop bags into a garbage bag before throwing them into the bin outside.We also ask guests to keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay.**
**We prefer to host guests who are 25 and older.**

Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the entire home. This includes the shared deck. We don't technically own anything on the shared deck, but we have permission to use it. With that in mind, I can't speak to the condition of the items on the deck. If you use anything on the deck, please be sure to return everything to the way it was upon arrival. Thanks for your understanding!
We have one free parking spot in the lot right next to the house. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to access one of paid lots in the area.
CHECK OUT EXPECTATIONS:
Please take note of how the interior and exterior of the property looks when you arrive. You are expected to return the property back to its original condition before you check out.
Please do not reorganize furniture in the house. If for some reason you do, you are expected to return the furniture back to its original location before you check out.
Please wash dishes.
Please leave the sheets, pillows, and blankets on the bed. If you use extra sheets for the pull out couch, please leave those on the floor. All pillows and blankets should be left on the bed or couch.
Please make sure all beach essentials go back under the bed.
In the winter: leave electric thermostats at LOW.
In summer: leave AC at 70 degrees.
Please place all trash and recycling in the bin marked with the number 3.
Please lock the door and make sure the key goes back in the lockbox before you leave.
The Neighborhood:
This property is adjacent to North Beach in Hampton, NH. North Beach is absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding area provides plenty to do! While the condo is in a quiet neighborhood, it's also only a 6 minute drive from arcades, casinos, an aquarium, scooter rentals, concert venues, restaurants, shopping, and more. Other activities include deep sea fishing, whale watching, and cycling tours.
Other Things to Note:
We are pet friendly, so please be sure to include your pets in your inquiry, as the pricing will change to include an additional fee. We only allow a MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) pet. The unit is small and cannot accommodate more than 1 pet. While we are excited to welcome your fur babies into our home, we ask that guests be sure to clean up after their pets, both inside and outside. Please be sure to throw poop bags into a garbage bag before throwing them into the bin outside. We also ask guests to keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay.
This is an upstairs unit, you will need to climb stairs to get to the condo. We also have some slanted ceilings from the roof, which might impact especially tall guests.
Under the queen bed, you will find the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, as well as bad to carry things to the beach. In the dresser, you will find additional towels and linens, which can be used for the pull-out couch.
Under no circumstances do we allow smoking or vaping in the condo or around the property.
