The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy self-catering, while fibre internet and a dedicated office space provide excellent conditions for remote work.
The house is fully insulated and equipped with a modern heating system, ensuring comfort throughout the year. A bathroom with underfloor heating and an additional guest toilet add to the convenience.
